Foods that are very high in sugar, sodium, fat and calories are mostly rated 0. 

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently announced that they are changing the label of food items to include a 0 health star rating after testing revealed that many foods with zero stars showed extremely high sugar, fat, sodium, & calories.
